Standard Installation?

Standard installation applies to the toilet suit adopting tap water system, with power point within 1.5m of the toilet bowl, the location within our free service zone. Contact us to discuss if you adopt rainwater system/not sure about this/no power point/power point in the same room but far away.

*If power socket is not within 1.5m of the toilet, extra fee $10 per metre will be counted when the extension wire is needed.
*We can install an extra power point if you don’t have a nearby power socket – $180 for each.

Free Service Zone

Free service zone applies for the installation address within Metro area.

Warranty

SMARTO provide 1 year labor and parts warranty, for not man-caused damages.
You can upgrade your warranty to enjoy no worry-free service during warranty.
