Standard Installation

Standard installation applies to the toilet suit adopting a tap water system, with a power socket within 1.5m of the toilet bowl, the location within our free service zone.
Contact us to discuss if you adopt a rainwater system/not sure about this/no power socket/power socket in the same room but far away.

Additional installation

* If the power socket is not within 1.5m of the toilet, an extra fee of $10 per meter will be counted when the extension wire is needed.
* We can install an extra power socket if you don’t have a nearby power socket – $180+GST for each.
* Installation services will be arranged in 1-2 weeks after the order is received.

Free Service Zone

• A free service zone applies for the installation address within the Melbourne and Sydney Metro areas.

• SMARTO provides 1-year labor and parts warranty, for not man-caused damages.
