This frying pan, designed by YANAGI DESIGN/Yanagi Kogyo Tesain Kenkyukai, is based on Sori Yanagi’s iron frying pan. The Yanagi Sori Ceramic Fry Pan has a ceramic-based non-stick coating which is free of PTFE, PFOA, and Teflon coating. This ceramic nonstick cookware is definitely an eco-friendly and healthy choice for your daily cooking. It became easy to use.
This ceramic frying pan has a double (2-layer) ceramic coating on the inside and outside for excellent durability, and its smooth surface prevents sticking and stains, making it easy to clean. In addition, the bottom thickness is about 5 mm, so it has high heat retention and heat is transmitted evenly, making your food delicious. It supports a wide range of heat sources, from open fire to IH200V. The frypan is compatible with induction, gas, and electric cooktop.

Tips
