Our Electrical Appliances always come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, warranties are individual to each product, and held with the manufacturers or distributor of the Brands. Warranty claims are handled directly by the Australian Supplier or Manufacturers of the products. Warranty periods and rules will vary and are at the discretion of the brands rather than Hello Kitchen. Warranty information is in most cases, an in-box inclusion with each product. If an electrical failure occurs in a product covered by the warranty, we will arrange for an authorized maintenance person to repair the product at our sole discretion; otherwise, if the product cannot be repaired, we will replace the product or related parts with the same or equivalent product or part. For the purpose of this warranty, the replacement in this case will be considered repair. Refurbished parts can be used to repair the product.
If there is any fault or defect in materials and workmanship with an item that you received, you are entitled to a repair, exchange, in-store credit or refund. Where a problem with a product is not evaluated as a major fault, Hello Kitchen can offer repair or replacement for your item if it becomes defective within the warranty period. The Warranty does not apply to Product that :
– The defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
– It has failed due to excessive usage beyond what is considered to be reasonable.
– Has been damaged accidentally.
– Has been used or operated contrary to operating or maintenance instructions.
– Has been damaged by a third party authorised to act for the consumer in transit from our store to the customer.
