TATUNG has been making its iconic rice cooker in Taiwan since 1960. Over 15 million units sold worldwide, a design that hasn't needed much changing, and a reputation built on one thing: doing the job properly without compromise.
What makes TATUNG different is what it doesn't have. No non-stick coating, no aluminium, no chemicals that degrade over time. Just pure food-grade 304 stainless steel, chosen because it's durable, completely inert, and won't leach anything into your food no matter how many times you use it.
Stainless Steel Rice Cookers
The TAC-06RM and TAC-11RM are TATUNG's two flagship rice cookers, available in 6-cup and 11-cup sizes. Both use a pure stainless steel inner pot with no coating of any kind, and both come in four finishes including classic stainless steel, art gold, white, and crystal black.
The 6-cup suits most everyday households cooking rice for two to four people. The 11-cup is the better choice for larger families, shared households, or anyone who likes to cook in bulk.
Steamer Sets
TATUNG's stainless steel steamer sets extend what you can do with a single pot. The 3-piece steamer set gives you a complete steaming setup for vegetables, seafood, dumplings, and more. The steamer tray set for 10 and 11-cup models fits directly into the larger rice cooker, letting you steam and cook simultaneously without an extra appliance.
Replacement Parts
Replacement stainless steel inner pots are available for both the 6-cup and 10/11-cup models. If your inner pot gets scratched or worn over time, replacing just the pot extends the life of your TATUNG significantly without needing a whole new unit.
