Decent rice cooker, a bit fiddly to clean and doesn’t countdown the cooking time but a nice ceramic bowl.
Store owner replied:
Hi Zoe, thank you for the honest feedback. We’re happy to hear you like the ceramic bowl, and we understand that the cleaning process and lack of a cooking countdown can be inconvenient. We’ll pass these points on for review. As a practical tip, switching off the rice cooker once cooking is complete and allowing it to cool before cleaning may make the process easier😊 If you need any further assistance, please contact us at sales@hellokitchen.com.au.
This cooker makes the best rice. For far too long I have not been able to cook rice that is soft and fluffy. It was such a pleasure to enjoy the rice cooked in Kylin Ceramic Rice Cooker.

We loved it! Finally a great product with no nasties, the rice cooked slower so just be mindful 🙏 about 35-40 mins for regular rice and 60 mins for claypot rice. But it tastes so good! Delivery is very quick too!
