BergHOFF Balance Cookware and Kitchen Tools

The Leo Balance series, winner of the iF Design Award 2024 in the kitchen category, is BergHOFF’s everyday cookware range built around performance, health and sustainability. Made from recycled aluminium with a PFAS-free CeraGreen non-stick coating, the aluminium construction and full disk base ensure rapid, even heating without hot spots. At Hello Kitchen we stock the Balance series in Sage and Moonmist across frying pans, stockpots, saucepans, a saute pan, a casserole dish and a selection of kitchen tools. Every piece is compatible with gas, ceramic, halogen, induction and sealed plate cooktops.

BergHOFF Balance Frying Pans, Stockpots and Saucepans

The Balance cookware range covers the most-used pieces in a home kitchen, all sharing the same recycled aluminium body and PFAS-free CeraGreen non-stick interior. Frying pans come in 20cm, 24cm and 32cm. Stockpots are available in 4.4L and 5.5L at 24cm, and 6.2L at 28cm. The saucepan is 18cm and 2L, and the covered saute pan is 26cm and 2.9L with higher sides for braising and pan sauces. All covered pieces come with a clear glass lid for monitoring cooking without lifting, an integrated straining function, a knob with built-in spoon rest, and a silicone rim that reduces rattling. The handles are stay-cool and the lightweight aluminium body makes the pieces easy to handle even when full.

BergHOFF Kitchen Tools and Utensils

The Balance kitchen tools are designed to work with non-stick surfaces. The nylon range covers a ladle, serving spoon, pasta spoon, slotted turner and skimmer, all safe on the CeraGreen coating. The peeler selection includes a straight peeler, a serrated Y-peeler and a Y-peeler with built-in zester. There is also a multifunctional paddle grater and a meat tenderiser from the Balance series.
