Hello Kitchen

SUPOR Kitchen Appliances

SUPOR is one of China's largest kitchen appliance brands, producing cookware and electrical appliances for households across Asia and internationally. The Hello Kitchen range focuses on three of their most practical appliances: an IH rice cooker with a stainless steel inner pot, an electric pressure cooker, and a heating blender.

SUPOR IH Rice Cooker — Stainless Steel Inner Pot

The AU-S2300 is a 3L induction heating rice cooker built around a food-grade stainless steel inner pot with no non-stick coating. There's nothing to chip, peel, or wear away over time, which makes it a straightforward option for households looking to move away from coated pots. The stainless steel construction also handles acidic foods like congee and soups without any concern about coating degradation.

SUPOR Electric Pressure Cooker

The AU-S5200 is a compact 2L electric pressure cooker with dedicated cooking programmes for rice, multigrain, porridge, baby food, pork ribs, poultry, and beef. The pressure cooking function shortens cook times significantly compared to a standard pot, and the preset programmes take most of the guesswork out of timing and temperature. A practical option for smaller households or anyone who wants a faster way to get through tougher cuts of meat.

SUPOR Heating Blender

The AU-S1175 is a 1.75L blender that heats while it blends, making it suitable for hot soups, sauces, and warm drinks without needing to transfer from a pot. The AU/NZ special edition is configured for local voltage, so it works straight out of the box. A stainless steel blender cup is also available separately as a replacement or upgrade to the standard jar.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about SUPOR

It depends on what matters most to you. Stainless steel inner pots have no coating to chip or degrade over time, which makes them a longer-lasting and lower-maintenance option. They're also a good choice for anyone who prefers to avoid PTFE or ceramic coatings altogether. The tradeoff is that rice can stick slightly more if you don't use the right water ratio, but rinsing the rice beforehand and following the recommended measurements generally avoids this.

A standard rice cooker uses heat and steam to cook rice at atmospheric pressure. An electric pressure cooker builds up internal pressure to raise the cooking temperature above 100°C, which cooks food faster and works well for tougher ingredients like meat, legumes, and multigrain mixes that would take much longer in a regular pot. Many electric pressure cookers also have a rice programme, so they can handle both jobs.

For soups and smooth sauces, largely yes. A heating blender lets you cook and blend in the same container, which cuts down on washing up and makes hot soup prep faster. It won't fully replace a saucepan for tasks that need stirring or browning, but for blended soups, smoothies, and warm drinks it handles both steps in one go.

Yes. The SUPOR appliances sold at Hello Kitchen are AU/NZ edition products configured for Australian voltage (230V) and come with an Australian plug. No adapter or converter is needed.
