The Ikenaga meat press holds down burgers, steaks, and cuts of meat during cooking to improve surface contact with the pan and produce a more even sear. The cast iron lid doubles as a heat distributor, and the wooden knob handle stays cool during use. Worth preheating before use for best results.

Slim Dutch Oven
